Sweater - Kersh, Skinnies - Just Cavalli, Boots - Seychelles
While we're on the topic of falling for things, I love when S reminds me why I fell for him...
Recently he's told me that my skin is "losing it's elasticity", "getting more wrinkles" and "looks a little dry" and that my mom "possibly has better skin". Since he's put on a *little* weight since our nuptials, I lovingly respond by now referring to his belly button as a "blowhole".
Yup, we fall for each other, just a little bit more each day.
Seriously though, I love him more each day. Bonehead comments and all.

A little while ago, the fabulous Clare gave me this award. ReplyDeleteDon't give up your pedis, girl! They always make you feel so beautiful and you know, we still take shoes off, sooner or later, so got to have your toes painted and prettified (is there such a word?) As much as I love spring I always find myself looking forward to autumn. I guess, I need a change now and then or I'd get bored. I've already got my warm things out, can't wait to wear my coats because they make me feel beautiful and I still need to buy some cashmere basics and a few candles, just to make evenings even more cozy.
And of course, autumn desserts!!! Warm tarts, baked apples with spicy stuffing, chocolate souffle (still need to learn to make this one...)
Got to love autumn, really. :)

Lovely outfit- that sweater is cute. I know, the past few days have been cool in Boston too.. I mean, it's just Sept 2! I'm over the 85+ humid weather, but upper 70s and sunny is nice. I hope it sticks around :)

ReplyDeleteIt's amazing how quickly the weather nose-dived here in Canada (BC anyway) - on Sunday I was sweating it out in a tank and jeans on top of Whistler mountain, today I am in boots and a leather jacket and a bit chilly!

ya i can't believe the cold nights are back already! last night I actually woke up because I was cold... Sigh there goes summer... hahaha I told my bf to tell me as soon as I gain weight or change so I won't just wake up one day being 300 pounds and it'd be too late! LOL

ReplyDeleteI have to admit... I"m not ready for Fall. I was window-shopping (of course) again today and I really didn't feel like trying on boots, knits or any other FW stuff. Ugh... not quite ready to retire my sandals and floaty dresses. Unfortunately it has gotten slightly colder here, but thankfullly not cold enough to justify wearing a real jacket ;-) Congrats on the awards by the way! Lovely sweater! That neckline is sumptious. I love the change in seasons. Right now it is full spring for me and the smell of jasmine in the air is enough for you to leap with joy!!! I was actually just laughing today coz I have been with my man for the last 5 years and sometimes we sound like an old married couple...but you know what I love it coz as fast as we pick at eachother...we turn around and laugh too...you can't beat that...and when you are with someone for any length of time that is what you will get! It really is fun...as long as you see it that way....love is something else isn't it!

Sucha gloooomy day in Vancouver today. I don’t usually like the gloom but it kinda gets me excited because It means Christmas is around the corner! Woohoooo!!!! Haha! ;P and I love fall fashion… boots galore! I got a great pair of rainboots last year and I can’t wait to put ‘em to good use!
